12-Passenger AWD Van Rental in Vancouver
Travel together in Executive Car Rentals’ Ford Transit 350 XLT AWD regular-roof van. It has 12 seats in total, including the driver, and is a practical choice for families, small tour groups, corporate teams and trips to Whistler or the Canadian Rockies.
Choose seating around your luggage
When every seat is occupied, luggage space is more limited. We can remove selected rear seating before your rental to prepare an 8- or 10-seat configuration with additional cargo room. Every seating capacity includes the driver.
Tell us how many people are travelling and what they are bringing: checked suitcases, backpacks, ski bags, strollers or other equipment. Suitcase dimensions matter as well as weight. We will help assess a suitable configuration rather than assume that a full passenger load and everyone’s large suitcases will fit.
Regular roof and parking clearance
The regular-roof van has an approximate height of 6 feet 11 inches. Check your hotel’s posted clearance and the specific vehicle’s dimensions before using a parkade. Confirm vehicle height when booking a ferry, particularly if your trip includes equipment or accessories that affect clearance.
AWD and winter travel
All-wheel drive helps with traction when accelerating. Our winter van rentals are equipped with dedicated winter tires. Check road conditions and the current winter-equipment requirements for your route, and confirm the equipment on your reserved vehicle. AWD does not remove the need to drive carefully or allow extra stopping distance.
Airport pickup and delivery
Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Vehicle delivery and pickup within the Lower Mainland is complimentary for rentals of seven days or longer. For shorter rentals, plan to collect and return the van at our office unless another arrangement is agreed in your quote. Contact us about Whistler, hotel or cruise-terminal arrangements.
Request a quote for your trip
Send us your rental dates, pickup and return locations, total passenger count including the driver, and luggage details. Vancouver-to-Calgary one-way rentals are available by prior arrangement, subject to availability and an applicable one-way fee.
