To ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service and competitive rates to all our guests, complimentary vehicle delivery and pick-up is exclusively available for rentals of 7 days or longer. For rentals under 7 days, vehicles must be picked up and returned directly at our office.

Yes. We install winter tires from October 1 to March 31 to meet BC regulations and ensure safe mountain driving.

You must be at least 23 years old to rent cars or SUVs. To rent a large passenger van, renters must be 25 years old.

A valid driver’s license and a major credit card in the renter’s name are required to rent any vehicle from Executive Car Rentals.

Yes. Our 12-passenger vans can be configured to seat just 8 or 10 passengers, providing extra cargo space for road trips, luggage, ski gear, and more.

We offer a VIP Curbside Service at YVR. Instead of taking a shuttle to a remote lot or standing in long terminal lines, we meet you directly at the arrivals curb with your vehicle ready to go. We also provide direct delivery to hotels and private residences in Vancouver and Whistler.

Absolutely. Safety is our priority for trips to Whistler or the Rockies. Our SUVs and vans feature All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4WD and come equipped with snow tires, which are a legal requirement for BC mountain highways during winter months.

To confirm your reservation, we require a copy of the driver’s licenses for all intended drivers and a completed Credit Card Authorization Form. For international visitors, we accept valid licenses from your home country.

Yes, you can add additional drivers to your agreement. We simply need their driver’s license information prior to or at the time of rental. Additional drivers are charged a fee per day.

Yes. Our 6’11″ low‑roof vans fit most parkades and BC Ferries height limits — perfect for Victoria and Whistler travel.

Our quotes can be customized to include various Protections & Coverages, such as a Liability Damage Waiver (LDW) and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Tire and Windshield with different deductible options to fit your needs.

No refunds on early returns.

Standard bookings canceled 48+ hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Peak-period bookings require 72+ hours’ notice for a full refund. Late cancellations may be charged 50% to 100% of the booking total. No-shows and early returns are non-refundable.
