To ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service and competitive rates to all our guests, complimentary vehicle delivery and pickup within the Lower Mainland is available for rentals of seven days or longer. For shorter rentals, plan to collect and return your vehicle at our office. Free YVR shuttle service remains available; confirm airport arrangements with us before arrival.

Yes. We install winter tires from October 1 to March 31 to meet BC regulations and ensure safe mountain driving.

We specialize in large premium vehicles, including 12and 15 passenger vans, AWD SUVs like the Chevy Suburban, Range Rover, and Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. All vehicles are available with snow tires during winter (requirements vary by designated route and season; check the current BC highway rules for your itinerary)

Yes. We offer complimentary YVR shuttle service. Contact us with your flight details to confirm the meeting location and timing, including any agreed vehicle delivery or after-hours arrangements. Lower Mainland vehicle delivery and pickup is complimentary for rentals of seven days or longer.

You must be at least 23 years old to rent cars or SUVs. To rent a large passenger van, renters must be 25 years old.

A valid driver’s license and a major credit card in the renter’s name are required to rent any vehicle from Executive Car Rentals.

Yes. Our 12-passenger vans can be configured to seat just 8 or 10 passengers, providing extra cargo space for road trips, luggage, ski gear, and more.

Our team coordinates your airport pickup in advance, including complimentary YVR shuttle service or vehicle delivery where agreed in your quote. Send us your flight number and arrival time. Hotel and home delivery within the Lower Mainland is complimentary for rentals of seven days or longer; ask us about arrangements for other locations.

Yes! We offer AWD 12-seat vans in regular-roof and high-roof configurations, plus a high-roof 15-seat Heavy Duty Ford Transit. We also offer premium 7- and 8-seat SUVs such as the Chevy Suburban. All seating capacities include the driver. We can remove selected rear seats to create more luggage space. Suitability depends on passenger numbers, suitcase dimensions and the available seating configuration—perfect for international travellers with several suitcases.

Absolutely. Safety is our priority for trips to Whistler or the Rockies. Our SUVs and vans feature All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4WD and come equipped with snow tires, which are a legal requirement for BC mountain highways during winter months.

To confirm your reservation, we require a copy of the driver’s licenses for all intended drivers and a completed Credit Card Authorization Form. For international visitors, we accept valid licenses from your home country.

Yes, you can add additional drivers to your agreement. We simply need their driver’s license information prior to or at the time of rental. Additional drivers are charged a fee per day.

Yes. Our 6’11″ low‑roof vans fit most parkades and BC Ferries height limits — perfect for Victoria and Whistler travel.

Our rental quotes include Third Party Liability (TPL) coverage up to $10 million. TPL protects against covered claims for injury to other people or damage to their property when an authorized driver is legally responsible, subject to policy terms and applicable law. It does not cover damage to the rental vehicle itself. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and other protection options are separate; check your quote for the selected coverage, exclusions and deductible.

No refunds on early returns.

Standard bookings canceled 48+ hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Peak-period bookings require 72+ hours’ notice for a full refund. Late cancellations may be charged 50% to 100% of the booking total. No-shows and early returns are non-refundable.
